- Accessing another user’s account without permission or attempting to obtain another user’s personal information.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without notice and freezing of any funds in the account pending investigation.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on 71950 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the payment methods used are valid and registered under their own name.
Deposit: Deposits must be made using payment methods registered to the user’s account. 71950 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any suspicious deposits will be investigated and may be rejected or refunded.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified bank account in the user’s name. Processing time varies by method. 71950 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving large withdrawals.
Failed Transaction: 71950 is not liable for any failed transactions caused by user-supplied information errors, third-party technical issues such as banks or e-wallets, or other reasons beyond our control. If a transaction fails, users should contact support at [email protected].
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
71950 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses users may incur from using the platform, including lost bets, service interruptions, or unintentional technical errors. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of profit.
All content, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, software, and elements on 71950 belong exclusively to the platform and are protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using such content without prior written permission from 71950.
Platform 71950 may include references or information related to third-party services such as payment providers. 71950 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. Users are encouraged to read the third parties’ terms of service separately before using them.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws
Account Suspension & Closure: 71950 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that a user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted against the platform or other users. Account balances on suspended accounts may be held during investigation.
Voluntary Closure: Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact 71950 support by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal following the applicable standard procedures, subject to all pending transactions being settled first.
Changes to Terms: 71950 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting here. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this page. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia in force. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through appropriate channels under Malaysian law.
